NIGHTLER APPAREL:

The items displayed on this website are related to the Nightler Mobile application and sold by the same company. For any legal information, please refer to www.nightler.com/info/terms

 

ORDERS AND PRODUCTS:

Products on this website are very limited and only produced during specific and short production cycles. Once these cycles are over, we do not further sell any products.

Products that are marked as “Sold out” can no longer be ordered. All other products are currently in an active cycle and can be bought.

Items will be processed in the order they are received. Shipping times may vary, based on the moment of your order and can take longer than with other clothing stores you may know.

As we do not sell items consistently,  WE WILL NOT DO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES, EXCEPT FOR PRODUCTION ERRORS. Please be aware of this when you buy our products.

 

SALES:

Please make sure that your shipping & billing addresses match as it is required for your order to be processed correctly.

If your product has production errors, you can send it back to us, we will then transfer your money back via the same way you used to pay for your product.

If you do so, please:
1 – state your name, order ID or any other form of identification, so we can identify your order precisely.
2 – provide a description of the production error you encountered.

“Production errors” ARE:
– We sent you the wrong product (wrong color, wrong size)
– Your product has holes, stains, or other severe garment errors.

Productions errors ARE NOT:
– “Doesn’t fit”, “Don’t like the design anymore”, etc.
– Slight differences in shading of a product of the same fabric

We reserve the right to judge whether an error can be considered a production error or not. If you are unsure, you can send an email to apparel@nightler.com , with a picture of your problem or any other inquiry you may have and we will help you.

Products where the Ticket has been removed can also not be replaced.

 

SHIPMENTS:

After checkout, once the order is confirmed we will send you a notification as soon as the item is shipped.

Please allow at least 10  business days to handle your order, and another 7-10 business days for shipping an delivery.

Please do not contact us regarding shipping information until these delays are over.

 

WEBSITE:

Every item you buy via this website is subject to our terms.

Use of the website constitutes your agreement to follow the terms & conditions.

Use of the Nightler name and logo, photos, graphics and images without prior written consent from Nightler (Depixit SARL) is strictly prohibited.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept VISA and PayPal.

Payment of duty & tax for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

VAT currently does not apply on your oders.
